This publication was created out of an everywoman roundtable, with 11 of our current everywomanAmbassadors: ‘Female leaders as futurologists and changemakers: our role in identifying challenges and opportunities along the talent pipeline‘.
The theme for this session came out of a growing awareness among everywoman’s network of thought leaders that the biggest shifts in corporate culture are often a reaction to trends in the talent pool.

While the number of female leaders is on the rise, for many women, a leadership position is still too much of an unknown, beset with pervasive myths about who or what ‘type’ of person is cut out for the top jobs. In this free resource centre, our everywomanAmbassadors share the challenges they’ve navigated and what they learned as they made the leap into leadership.
