Don’t just take it from us!

Read on for what some of our partners have to say about working with everywoman.

At Lenovo, Diversity Equity & Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do, which is why Lenovo’s team in EMEA is proud to announce its partnership with everywoman. We know that in order to create Smarter Technology for All we need to practice what we preach and have a diverse workforce that contributes to every part of our business. We searched hard for a partner organisation that would help us to support women advance in their careers and one that had representation throughout the EMEA region. Additionally, we wanted a partner that offered resources both for men and women, so we could equip our male colleagues with the tools to become allies. We were thrilled to find everywoman, a partner that fits just this… The partnership with everywoman is a great moment for our business and sets out our intentions not just in supporting female talent, but also on our quest to grow a more diverse workforce “

I was honoured to win the Leader of the Year award at the everywoman in Technology Awards a few years ago, which was my first interaction with this amazing organisation. It’s a community made up of many organisations and advocates for women in STEM. The Everywoman platform has a vast amount of learning resources available to everyone plus an annual awards programme which celebrates some of the amazing women in the industry. Through Bupa’s strong relationship with Everywoman, we’ve been able to develop the fantastic resources and support that we offer to our people.

It was great for everywoman for to create a space for the discussion of the opportunities and challenges faced by the Risk sector. The attendees from Revolut enjoyed the event. Lastly, I really admire how everywoman has created a necessary and important environment for women in the Risk sector to not only network with each other, but to also feel inspired and emboldened by each other.

EY has worked with everywoman for many years now and I have watched them grow from a UK focussed business to becoming a global player. This was a key consideration for partnering with them as our EMEIA Area covers 98 countries across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. When we initially worked with them, we targeted women that were committed to pursuing their own personal development. We then launched an Area wide Womens Leadership Programme and we signed up everywomen to be a strategic partner as part of our virtual offering across all ranks. We value the regular reporting that we get, the relationship management and the variety on offer – something for everyone. Most of all we value everywoman’s willingness to accommodate our needs, particularly a request to make all webinars accessible by sub titling them.

I am extremely proud to be everywoman's patron and part of such an amazing group that so actively promotes the merits and talents of women and the vital contribution they make to the economy." A British entrepreneur who founded the optical and audiology business Specsavers with her husband Doug, who she met when they were both studying to become optometrists at Cardiff University in the 60s. She still plays an active role in the company and is passionate about driving customer service standards, championing values and shaping corporate responsibility. Dame Mary is involved with a number of national and international charities. She was made a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2007 for her services to business and the community. She is also a Liveryman of Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers and a Freeman of the City of London.

Across Experian we have the everywoman capability available to all our offices worldwide. We have consistently polled for feedback and have found that while usage and themes of focus may vary there is a consistent level of value and appreciation that our teams achieve through the everywoman membership. We have focus groups and grass roots brown bag sessions regularly using everywoman content from Bulgaria to the USA and Malaysia - and extremely positive individual endorsements as well. Initially there was some concern that it would be uk centric but we have found that this is not the case and have as a result continued our global subscription for several years. Based on recent feedback this is likely to continue!

I believe it's vital to nurture female talent as some of the most innovative businesses are started or run by women; through Club I hope I am able to contribute to initiatives that support this.

From being their first sponsor, to now 15 years later still a committed and active Advocate, I have never doubted the impact that everywoman has had on the diversity community. Together with pioneering partners such as IBM they have changed the agenda and as a result, many lives.
