2020 Impact Report

2020 marked the 21st anniversary of everywoman’s launch, and to celebrate we reflected on the work we’ve being doing over the past two decades to help bring about record levels of female employment and drive down the gender gap in the workplace.

We are delighted to share this with you in our Impact Report.

Reviewing how far we have come to date made us more determined than ever to continue on our mission.  A mission to create a future where economic and societal change is achieved by unlocking female potential, creating diverse and inclusive workforces that drive innovative and profitable business.

Our Impact Report is also testament to the fact that none of our hard-won milestones could have been achieved without the incredible, unrelenting support of countless individuals and organisations who share our mission.

We hope you enjoy reading the report as much as we enjoyed remembering all the amazing people and events we have worked with and had an impact on so far…
