EVERYWOMAN IMMERSIVE
PROGRAMME
Tailored towards those high potential women and future leaders in your business who are early or mid-career, the everywoman Immersive Programme is an 8-month experience, where we share all they will need to take them to the next level in their career.
The time commitment per month is minimal, and delivered online, but features multiple formats, including learning modules, facilitated coaching sessions & support in finding impactful mentors and of course, the building of a support network all committed to each other’s success.
We have included annual membership of the everywomanNetwork, so that your female leaders and aspiring leaders can access a broader range of thought leadership, tools and content from our cross sector and multi-regional community.
By equipping your early-career female talent with the tools and techniques to help them navigate their careers in your business, you’re more likely to see improved retention rates at pivotal career points.
IMMERSIVE PROGRAMME (MAY 23 - NOV 23)
The 2023 everywoman Immersive Programme will run from May – November 2023 broken down as follows:
MAY 2023: Onboarding session (2 hours)
MAY – NOVEMBER 2023 (per month):
1 x 90 minute workshop, 1 x 60 minute facilitated group coaching session, 1 x internal mentoring session and access to the everywomanNetwork resources.
NOVEMBER 2023: Offboarding session (2 hours)
PRICING:
Individual delegate passes for the Immersive Leadership Programme cost £2,575 +vat per delegate. (Group rates available)
