Hannah leads the Global Employee Experience Transformation Team at Accenture, a multi-disciplinary group of people in human resources who have deep insight into employee experience, human-centred design, organisational psychology and culture change. The team focuses on taking innovative approaches and forging strong partnerships to build great experiences that unlock human ingenuity for Accenture’s 700,000+ people. Hannah has a STEM background and a BSc in Biomedical Science with Honours in Microbiology Infection. She is a change leader who is passionate about creating and bringing to life inclusive work experiences that embody the conditions of care, kindness and connection. A proud dyslexic, and a firm believer that her impact is because of, not in spite of, her neuro-difference.
