In the summer of 2023, everywoman hosted a virtual roundtable attended by everywomanChampions, our unique network of individuals from multiple organisations, sectors and industries who all play a crucial role in their organisation’s women’s network. We asked them to highlight the discussions that employee resource groups (ERGs) must prioritise in order to influence real change. The result is this paper: ‘The 5 courageous conversations all women’s networks need to have’.
In this insightful session, our everywomanChampions uncovered many important discussion topics pertinent to the modern workplace. Among others these included specific questions around the gender pay gap and female health and wellbeing.
