FedEx WIN will be hosting a special development session on International Mentoring Day (17th Jan) with Helen Branch, Leadership Development Specialist. Helen will be joined by one of our WiN Executive Mentoring Programme Alumni from cohort one, Nicola Barker (Clearance Ops Supervisor) and her mentor, Julie Blauch (MD Road Network Ops).
Helen will be helping us to understand the key differences between coaching and mentoring. Nicola and Julie will be sharing their own personal experiences of mentoring, including the benefits to both mentee and mentor.
