Rosaleen Blair CBE, Chair
Rosaleen Blair is the founder and CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions, a global talent acquisition and management company. AMS has established itself as a market leader, employing 4,000 people and serving many of the world’s leading brands in over 80 countries worldwide.
Rosaleen has won numerous awards including UK Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year, E&Y London Entrepreneur of the Year, Tatler Woman of the Year, Strategic Leader of the Year, National Outsourcing Awards.
Additionally, Rosaleen enthusiastically supports many charities and invests her time and resources in entrepreneurs and small businesses through coaching, investment, sponsorship and mentoring.
Karen Gill MBE & Maxine Benson MBE, everywoman co-founders
Karen and Max are the co-founders of everywoman. Founded over 20 years ago, everywoman provides a range of products and services that support the advancement of women in business. They include an acclaimed online personal development tool accessed by thousands globally; a series of conferences and leadership programmes across a variety of sectors; high-profile sector-specific Awards that elevate female role models and the organisations they work for, research and initiatives in collaboration with partners such as the UK Government Equalities Office providing insight and guidance. Both Karen and Max were awarded MBEs in 2009 in recognition of their services to women’s enterprise and in 2017 the Government’s Women’s Business Council recognised their outstanding commitment to the advancement of women in business.

everywoman's charity, Modern Muse
Modern Muse, is a charity founded by everywoman. Its mission is to eradicate the gender pay gap in the workplace by empowering girls to lead in the UK’s top industries. An online portal connects girls with hundreds of female role models (Muses) so they can explore the breadth of career options available to them and uniquely Modern Muse is led by girls,Ambassadors aged 13-18 promote Modern Muse in their schools and in return, the charity supports them to develop career-enhancing, skills and networks. The aim is to have Ambassadors in 75% of secondary schools across the country in 10 years and everywoman supports them to achieve this mission. Find out more at visit www.modernmuse.org.
