As a successful entrepreneur and Managing Director of her own private jet company, she has built her career through clear vision and confident, creative energy — and is now busy inspiring a new generation to fly high. “Aviation has been a predominantly male industry: we definitely need to have more women flying, engineering, on the ramp, in sales,” she insists. “I think we need to make young people today much more aware of what is available for their career choices going forward. I think as an industry we do have to take responsibility for that.”
