Lauren is a chartered engineer and project manager in the Energy industry. Having spent 17 years working offshore, onshore and onsite on multimillion dollar projects across the globe, she has learned to successfully navigate the complexities of global companies as one of relatively few technical women.  

Lauren was a winner of WeAreTheCity’s 2022 Rising Stars award in the Energy & Utilities category and was named in Diverse In’s 2022 ‘130 Women Who Break the Bias List’.
