With women making up only 25% of computing related job roles, technology remains one of the most underrepresented sectors globally. This figure drops even further when it comes to women from BAME backgrounds even though STEM jobs have outpaced the growth of all others over the last two decades.

We believe this number should be much higher and it’s for this reason we have spent the last 14 years uncovering inspirational role models in our Bupa everywoman in Technology Awards and at our everywoman in Tech Forum, and why we  launched the everywoman in Tech Hub.
