Currently working in Bupa as a Solution Architect Ruth has a 20-year career in software development. In her current role she is the technical SME across the Bupa Global IT delivery teams providing leadership at all levels and getting stuck in as required to boost the team performance.

Ruth is an advisory to stakeholders to help them ensure the things being delivered are of high quality, delivers the business value needed and are done in a timely and predictable way.   

Prior to Bupa, Ruth worked for an IT consultancy as Head of Product Development delivering post-trade software to several exchanges in London.  

Ruth is a keen advocator of women in tech and provides mentoring to those wanting to start or develop a career in IT.
