Lyn Grobler joined Howden in January 2016. As Group CIO and Chair of Howden Group Services, she oversees all aspects of technology; implementing an IT strategy to drive the business in its next phase of growth. Before joining Howden Group Holdings, Lyn served as Vice President and CIO of Corporate Functions at BP. Lyn is Vice-Chairperson of the Bank of Cyprus and a Board member of The Titan Cement Group.
