About the Global Summit

51% of women are less optimistic about their career prospects than before the pandemic. The pandemic has negatively impacted women’s wellbeing and relationship with their employer, but longstanding non-inclusive workplace cultures also continue to stall women’s career progression… By normalizing flexible working, committing to gender representation at the senior level, and providing fulfilling development opportunities for women, among other clear actions, employers have an opportunity to rebuild workplaces that are prepared for the future.*

Launched in 2021, the everywoman global summit brings everywomanNetwork members and prospective members together for an event that enables corporates to upskill all parts of their business to help them achieve their gender diversity and inclusion goals. It brings together 500+ senior women leaders, rising stars and allies from a broad range of industries across all major continents to share global best practice in gender diversity and inclusion.

Who Should Attend?

The Summit is open to everyone – from women looking to advance their career and create more diverse teams, to men working to support women in their teams and wider organisations. A sample of the companies and job functions that attended last year are below:

Each element of the event provides best practice standards to benchmark against and tangible ways to move the diversity agenda forward. We’ve developed different types of content suited to everyone from Board level to aspiring leaders of the future. Here’s how it works:

Who we serve How we serve them
Board level executives, General Counsel, HR, D&I, CSR and Investor Relations Leaders/Directors. Implementing ESG strategies for gender equality: defining best practice in gender diversity. Gathering the right diversity and inclusion data and using it to drive real change within your business.
ERG and Affinity Group Leaders The Employee Resource Group Leaders’ Academy: Learn best practices for growing and nurturing your group, increasing its impact and effectiveness, and mastering inclusivity best practices.
People Managers The Inclusive Leader Certificate: A certified programme that shares and evaluates the learning of best practices in inclusive leadership for current or soon to be appointed people managers.
Female Talent Main Forum: Leadership development days with a full programme of interactivity, mentoring opportunities, networking and practical guidance for developing your career.
Male Allies Male Allyship: Understand what you need to know, say and do to align with best practice effectiveness

As we’ve designed the event to serve the needs of the entire organisation, we’ve also created best value attendance packages to match. Single tickets to particular elements are available, but the Summit will be most effective if you bring all the relevant people across the organisation together.
