Tejshree  is the Head Program Management & Business Excellence at Siemens Advanta and drives all the strategic initiatives for the organization. 
  
She is an Engineering Graduate and holds a MBA from TAPMI.  Tejshree has worked with TCS, GE and Epigamia before exploring entrepreneurship in the area of environmental sustainability. Her start-up was the runner’s up at the Global Innovation Challenge by National Geographic for their plastic free Packaging product   
  
She is an avid birder, loves traveling and dancing while also being a foodie by nature. Tejshree is a meditation practitioner and has been facilitating and conducting meditation workshops for almost two decades.
