Padma Parthasarathy is a Senior Vice-President at Tech Mahindra. She is currently engaged in setting up centres of excellence for Sustainability and Social Initiatives at Mahindra University. She was earlier responsible for the global consulting and digital businesses at Tech Mahindra.

Padma joined Tech Mahindra in 2006, to lead Strategic Markets and Initiatives. In 2009, she led the post-acquisition and integration activities for the newly acquired Satyam organisation. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Padma was Country Manager in India for Capco, a consulting firm focused on the financial services industry.

An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Padma has handled multiple P&L management responsibilities during a career spanning more than 30 years.

In March 2020, Padma was featured on Forbes Magazine’s India Women Power list of Self-Made Women. She has been named in the “She Is: 75 Women in STEAM” list published by the Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India in 2022.
