Lyn Grobler joined Howden Group Holdings in January 2016. As Group CIO, she oversees all aspects of technology; implementing an IT strategy to drive the business in its next phase of growth. In addition to serving as Chair of Howden Group Services, Lyn also sits on the Howden Group Sustainability Committee. Before joining Howden Group Holdings, Lyn served as Vice President and CIO of Corporate Functions at BP. Lyn is Vice-Chairperson of the Bank of Cyprus where she also chairs their Technology Committee.
