About the Forum

Now in its 5th year, the Insurance Forum is a leadership development forum like no other.

This year’s event will bring together over 200 women from all levels who will be able to gain access to role models, ask questions, debate, discuss and build their network. All this to increase the number of female leaders in the industry with the support of male allies also in the audience.

We look forward to seeing you there!

What will the Forum provide?

According to research by GQ Littler, women account for less than 7% of CEOs in the UK insurance industry, 16% of CFOs, and under 11% of chairpersons. With lagging progress in the middle of the pipeline and director-level women leaving at a higher rate than in past years there are fewer women in line for top positions.

Bringing together insurance leaders from the UK and beyond, the everywoman in Insurance Forum will connect and develop women and male champions with the practical tools and support needed to build the pipeline of women in senior positions and future female leaders within the sector.

Gender diversity has been proven to impact everything from recruitment to investment in the industry and while many companies have started putting policies in place to address this, research shows that there is a perceived gap between what is said and what is practically done in companies.

Join us on 6 June 2024 to be a part of this diverse and community of women who are advancing their career to the next level in Insurance.

Highlights include:

  • Interactive panel discussions on industry trends and hot topics
  • Keynote sessions showcasing career journeys and different career paths
  • A practical self-development Power Hour
  • Networking drinks to forge connections and enable attendees to become part of a supportive peer group.
