Hasani is the Group CTO at Aventum Group, overseeing all technological aspects of the specialist reinsurance business. With over two decades of diverse experience spanning sectors such as travel, finance, retail, and consulting, Hasani brings a wealth of knowledge to drive the company towards its ambitious objectives. 

As a fervent advocate for innovation, learning, and diversity, Hasani received the EveryWomans Male Agent of Change award in 2021. He furthered his commitment by delivering a keynote address on allyship at the SheCanEngineer International Women Engineering day in 2022. 

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to technology leadership, Hasani has been honored as part of the CIO100 for four consecutive years. Moreover, he is a renowned speaker and panelist, frequently appearing on different stages to discuss technology, innovation, and diversity. His engagements include notable events such as the Gartner Symposium in 2020, Forrester Leadership Forum in 2023, Adrosonic elevate in 2024, amongst others. 

Beyond his role at Aventum Group, Hasani serves as a Non-Executive Director (NED), provides advisory support to startups, mentors leadership professionals, and invests in nurturing the next generation of technologists and leaders.
