In her current role, Pooja is leading the technology-enabled Operations transformation of the UK business at Royal Mail Group. Pooja is also the Executive Sponsor for the ERG group ‘Embrace’ that champions the company’s DEI agenda helping both colleagues and Royal Mail build truly inclusive and diverse teams.

Extensive experience gained by leading business and technology transformations spanning years; leading multiple PNL’s including back office rationalisation and BPO. Before joining Royal Mail, Pooja led similar scale Digital change at Transport for London (TFL) and British Airways amongst others. Recently led the recovery of the Royal Mail International business following the critical Cyber incident
