Since the start of his career at FedEx (TNT) in 1996, Phil has held various management roles and built his STEM expertise by working with diverse teams, on transformation initiatives across the globe. 

Through his 25+ year leadership experience, Phil has witnessed the power of diversity, allowing to accelerate innovation, growth and value to the business, the organisation and its culture.

Phil is a mentor of the Woman Inclusive Network at FedEx, dedicated to contribute in empowering and progressing more women into positions of influence as he considers women to be the untapped talents with the ability to bring different perspectives, creative thinking, and leadership, to realize successful digital transformation for a sustainable future.
