Komal is our 2019 everywoman in Travel ‘Women of the Year’ and has a track record in delivering change engagingly and inclusively. Her work has inspired many, including the CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella, who named Komal as one of his ‘top global change makers’ in 2020.  

Komal is currently leading Business Change for a large portfolio of programmes in one of the largest Departments in the Civil Service, HMRC. She leads a Business Change team who have responsibility for landing some of the largest and most complex change programmes in government.
