As an experienced IT Director, Charlie has responsibility for Value Stream technology and delivery leadership for Messaging and Conversational Banking capabilities at HSBC. 

Charlie has worked for 25 years in a broad range of roles across software delivery, tackling all types and sizes of challenges both at large insurance and finance corporates as well as in emerging tech start-ups. Her specialities of managing transformational change and agile ways of working has allowed her to deliver on what she truly values, building high performing teams, delivering efficient services and achieving complex technical capabilities.
