Sophie is a Software Engineer at American Express working as a full-stack developer. This includes utilising Machine Learning and cutting-edge technology to improve the customer experience. Alongside her engineering role, Sophie also embraces the agile framework and leads her team through key ceremonies from PI planning to sprint refinement. Sophie is passionate about supporting women in STEM, especially in their early careers, and mentors interns, apprentices and graduates through their first months at American Express.
