Sarah is the group CIO of Arm along with being the Site Head for the Cambridge campus.  

Starting her career on a help-desk and working her way up, including several international assignments and supporting journalists in war zones, natural disasters and events such as the Olympics and the Oscars (she has even laid cat 5 in a cocktail dress).  

She has a proven delivery record for building and executing transformational customer centric services across global companies.  

She is a passionate and supportive mentor, empowering people to drive their ambition and a strong advocate of DE&I. Sarah is also dyslexic which she believes has positively contributed to her success.
