Sally Draper is UK&I Chief Operating Officer for Avanade, responsible for the operating performance and business operations for the region. She joined Avanade 15 years ago and has worked her way up the ranks. Sally started her career in Talent Aquition and HR which complemented her passion for unearthing and developing talent, notably diverse talent.  

She is a people-first leader, managing a team of 20+ direct reports with an extended responsibility for another 1,000 employees.
