Nicola is an innovative and transformative change leader with 25+ years’ experience in the IT & Data sphere.  With a background in large scale transformation, product systems and financial technology she has a broad range of experiences and capabilities having worked for several of the top tier Banks in the UK.  She is a digital influencer incorporating industry leading digital practices and user experience methodologies across technology, data and the business, in order to promote consensus, develop a shared sense of community and culture and drive accelerated transformation. 

Nicola is passionate about mentoring and an advocate of diversity and inclusion and blends her own unique experiences to provide insight into how we can make a difference as individuals, and as a corporate entity. Nicola has 3 children, all boys, and 2 female dogs in a vain attempt to rebalance the gender inequality in the household.
