Lydia is a professional Engineer with over 23 years of experience and a fellow with the Institution of Chemical Engineers as well as a member of the Energy Institute.

Lydia is an ambassador for DE&I with a strong passion for mentoring others. She is an advocate for modernisation and transformation.

She is married with three children. When Lydia is not reading or travelling, she runs a non-for-profit organisation, with her husband called Lydia Wilson Foundation.
