Leigh is a Managing Director with Accenture. He is a negotiator and resolution specialist for Accenture globally. In addition to his principal role, Leigh sponsors the Accenture UK Accent on Gender and Menopause focus groups and is one of the most prominent male advocates for gender parity, inclusion and diversity within the company.    

Prior to joining Accenture, Leigh was called to the Bar and spent most of his professional life in corporate and commercial law in some of the leading law firms and corporates in the UK and Australia as well as spending some time as a professional chef.
