Katrina is responsible for the direction and development of Global Broking’s key growth initiatives. She joined WTW in 2016 and has held several leadership roles within Technology delivering large complex change programs affecting multiple technology and business functions. 

Katrina passionately believes in the power of diversity to drive better business decisions and has roles internally and externally that focus on developing underrepresented talent and championing women in the insurance and technology sectors.
