 Ian has over 30 years’ experience in senior leadership roles spanning Technology Transformation, Operations and Customer Service across Professional Services, Utilities, and Financial Services. This includes 16 years at Coventry Building Society spanning Customer Service, Operations, Transformation and most recently as Head of Technology, Change & Digital Practices. He is passionate about building and supporting fantastic teams and throughout his career has consistently championed, encouraged, and advanced the progress of women working in operations, technology and change.
