Gareth Workman leads AI strategy for Kainos, working across the business to define goals for success and to harness the benefits of AI for our internal teams, customers and partners. Gareth has over 18 years of experience at Kainos in several technical positions including principal architect, CIO and cloud practice director. Gareth leads the male ally group within Kainos – whose purpose is to champion inclusion for women. The male allies seek to build a better understanding of the challenges faced by women, considering how best to take action, use their voices, and support positive change.
