Fran leads Social Impact and Innovation at Arm, a world-leading semiconductor and software design company. Her work focuses on extending the benefits of technology to people and areas not currently prioritised. Working with impact partners on worldwide programmes, from social entrepreneurs to global organizations like the Gates Foundation, UNICEF, UNHCR and Fauna & Flora International, Fran drives an impact strategy designed to improve lives and care for the environment, connecting business capabilities with societal responsibilities.
