Carolina is a Products, Technology and Innovation Lead at Vanderlande, responsible for developing, driving and delivering visionary strategies and the overall forward-thinking approach for Technology & Innovation in collaboration with strategic partners, such as Heathrow airport. The product portfolio she oversees introduces capabilities of digitalization, automation, predictability, optimization and information. With experience spanning across Canada, The Netherlands and London, she brings a global perspective to her work.  

Carolina is a Next CIO 2023 award winner, which recognizes the rising stars of the UK IT sector and next top technology leaders in the UK. With a background in Engineering and Product Management, she is a technology enthusiast, passionate about connecting the dots between technology, process and people to deliver successful end-to-end transformations. She is also a mentor for Women in Tech and empowering the next generation of leaders, Carolina aims to lead with purpose.
