Annika Grosse leads Avanade’s Center for AI in Europe and Middle East, being responsible for sales and delivery of Avanade’s entire AI business and for leading Avanade’s internal transformation towards an AI-first organization. Prior Annika was leading Avanade Europe’s Data & AI business. Annika has more than 25 years of experience in the consulting industry. She brings strong strategy and transformation skills attending clients on their AI-led transformational journeys. Since starting at Avanade nearly 3 years ago, Annika embodies its mission of helping female empowerment, particularly in the Tech industry by e.g., mentoring, driving academy programs like Techionista for women cross-training into technology careers, leading several Avanade Women Networks, engaging in several career programs and global citizenship initiatives for early talent and winning men as allies for the female empowerment initiatives.
