Annette joined Serco in 2013 as Divisional CTO, shortly after which she became paralysed. She is now the Group IT Governance Director – a global role managing technology standards and digital agendas – and co-founder of the disability network. She is passionate about using technology to enhance work-life for disabled people and addressing why there are so few in leadership roles. In parallel, she is leading the global D&I debate for technology and nurturing the Women in Technology group.
