Alisha is a Data Analytics Manager at JLR and leads a team of data analysts, engineers and scientists who are driving data-led decision making in Engineering. With a background of analyst roles in a range of industries, she joined JLR’s central digital team in 2021. Here she delivered data products and insights to solve real business problems, working on projects across several departments such as vehicle programmes, commercial pricing and manufacturing. Additionally, as Data Lead for the REACH (Race, Ethnicity & Cultural Heritage) employee network, Alisha utilised her technical skills and expertise to further Diversity & Inclusion at JLR
