The event consists of a Leadership Development Summit (plus dedicated India Focus days) comprising two days of inspiring keynote presentations, practical workshops, and topical discussions to help develop and retain your female talent at all levels of the business.

The ERG Leaders’ Academy on 14 November is designed to arm ERG groups with best practice and practical advice for developing initiatives that have a real impact in growing and supporting their communities.

Launched in 2021, the everywoman global summit brings everywomanNetwork members and prospective members together for an event that enables corporates to upskill all parts of their business to help them achieve their gender diversity and inclusion goals. Last year brought together 1800+ senior women leaders, rising stars and male allies from a broad range of industries across all major continents to share global best practice in gender inclusion and upskill the women workforce.

The Summit is open to everyone – from women looking to advance their career and create more diverse teams, to men working to support women in their teams and wider organisations. A sample of the companies and job functions that attended last year are below:

Each element of the event provides best practice standards to benchmark against and tangible ways to move the diversity agenda forward. We’ve developed different types of content suited to everyone from Board level to aspiring leaders of the future. Here’s how it works:

Founded in 1999, everywoman has been at the forefront of the international movement for gender parity in the workplace. Over the past 25 years we have had the privilege of building a community of over 130 corporate partners and a network of more than 50,000 women around the world.

I Had a fantastic few days attending the everywoman Global Summit, one of my many key takeaways from this event was the phrase 'if not you then who'. I will use this as a career mantra to keep me motivated and inspired.
