Sian joined Asda in 2001 on the graduate scheme and has worked in a variety of leadership roles in logistics operations and technology. In her current role, Sian leads the team delivering the Future Programme in logistics, re-platforming logistics technologies across the ASDA Logistics Network, which is unprecedented in scale, size and ambition.
