Shiona has held a range of senior operational leadership roles within a supply chain environment.  In her most recent role she is leading Amazon’s state of the art robotics capability in the South West of England. Holding a non executive position, Shiona is also the Chair of the joint venture, Quadrant. She has been an active member of Women in Operations both at Royal Mail and more recently as the President of the UK Women in Operations forum at Amazon.
