Michelle has worked in the Transport and logistics industry for over 30 years in various commercial and customer facing roles.  Her current role is UK Commercial Director for the Pall-Ex Group. Michelle prides herself on championing and supporting people across our UK network to develop their sales skills and to be confident in their ability and contribution to the business. As a previous finalist in the everywoman in Transport awards, she is very excited to see the calibre of finalists this year and to be part of the team that recognise those winners that will be our role models across the industry
