Marie Scott

Head of Retail Integrated Customer Experience ​ Maersk

Marie joined the Maersk Group back in 1996, starting out in the shipping arm of the group in Import Customer Service. She spent 17 years with Maersk Line in a variaty of different roles within Customer Services.

In 2014 Marie joined Damco as a Suppliy Chain Manager responsible for some major highstreet retailers.

At the back end of 2014 Marie was appointed as Head of Supply Chain Customer Service for Damco, where she was responsible for a team of 60 pepole who deliverd against customer bespoke requirements. 

In 2019 the Supply Chain element of Damco came together with Maersk Ocean to become Maersk, this allowed us to offer an end to end service for our customers and became the begining of our journey in being a true intergrator.

Marie’s passion is developing people and driving results to deliver a positive Customer Experience

Marie has been Married to Mark for 9 years, who also works in the Industry and has 2 boys aged 23 & 10 and a small farm full of animals!
