Distribution and Operations Director – global supply chain, Kathy is an advocate for women in leadership roles within logistics and transport, this is one of her biggest values and she is truly passionate about growing female talent. Kathy has spent the last couple of years supporting offenders and prisoners into full time, sustainable employment working alongside a small  charity, that benefits both families, and the economic social  environment. An “Above and Beyond” award winner in 2021, she is delighted to continue to support the everywoman team, and continue to raise its importance in the industry.
