Joanne has worked in the Warehousing Industry for 16 years in a variety of roles including Commercial, Operations, Sales and Marketing.  She is a member of the UK Warehousing Association Management Board, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport as well as an Ambassador for Generation Logistics. Joanne currently works for Delamode International Logistics, overseeing all aspects of Sales and Marketing for Warehouses in Braintree, Southampton and Roosendaal.  She forms part of a diverse Leadership Team which is 60 % women.  

An advocate for Women in Logistics, she is excited to be part of the judging process and expects to be blown away by the talent in our Industry today!
