Charlotte Bateman is the General Manager of Finance & Admin UK&IE for DSV Solutions. During her 7 years at DSV she has implemented a standardised approach to Finance across DSV Solutions Warehouses, leading to increased financial accuracy and P&L awareness for all non-financial managers. She is an advocate for change in processes and champions increased diversity in the logistics industry.

Charlotte is passionate about the personal and corporate responsibility we have on our environment and during 2023 took on the role of UK and Ireland’s Sustainability Ambassador. This led to her creating a new department dedicated to driving the country initiatives in line with DSV’s global strategy to lead the way in Sustainable Logistics.
