Zoë entered the transport industry, almost 30 years ago, as a Call Centre agent, working her way up to GLH Sales and Customer Relations Director. She leads an almost all-female team and volunteers with charity Think Pink to empower women. She has pioneered industry-leading sustainability investment and built a reputation for absolute care among London’s biggest names, as well as NHS Trusts and hospitals. She remains grounded, passionate and grateful to be part of such a wonderful industry.
