Yanyan is a Practice Manager at Atkins, responsible for managing highways practice based in Northeast and Yorkshire. Yanyan has over eighteen years’ experience in transportation sector and is specialising in structural engineering and project management. Outside work, Yanyan has been volunteering with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) for the Northeast region, extending her professional influence and promoting Civil Engineer as a rewarding career since 2009. She is currently the Northeast Regional Chair for ICE.
