Vicki has dedicated the majority of her career to Customer Experience roles, with her most recent position being Learning & Development Manager. She actively participates in the company’s DEI and CSR ERNs, considering herself fortunate to integrate all these passions into her work.

Her proudest achievement is completing training as a Person Centred Therapist.

Vicki’s interests include music, film, books, and TV. She is the servant of two ginger cats, Kashi and Arlo, and enjoys cooking as well as growing herbs and vegetables.
