Valerie has worked for GWR for 8 years and is currently responsible for the Safety Competence Management System. Valerie is the Co-chair of Women In Rail for GWR and facilitates events throughout GWR as well as promoting an inclusive and diverse environment for all. She is really passionate about promoting the Railway to young people and the community and working with them to acquire the skills they need to join the industry.
