Terrell Mitchell is a 45 year old mother of two, grandmother to one and lover all things Science Fiction, particularly 1960’s TV show Doctor Who, who are affectionately known as Whovians. Terrell has a keen interest in art and reading, charity volunteering and learning and development.  

As a Manager Operations for FedEx’s largest UK’s hub, a position held since 2021, Terrell is jointly responsible for the effective and efficient running of the site, ensuring all operational team members are focused on providing a high quality, cost effective service to FedEx’s customers. 

Actively involved in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the workplace, Terrell has been a lead for FedEx’s women’s inclusive network since 2019.
